We use a wide variety of techniques, including:

Deep Tissue/Orthopedic Massage - this type of massage usually focuses on a specific area or muscle group to decrease pain from tension, soreness, or injury and increase muscular function.

Prenatal/Pregnancy Massage - a modality that is tailored to the mother-to-be, supporting her and the new baby throughout the stages of pregnancy after 12 weeks.  During pregnancy, the body goes through many transitions.  This can be stressful to both the mind and the body. Massage may decrease irritability and tension allowing the mother-to-be to adjust to the transitions her body is going through more easily. The series of 7 massages is a popular gift for mothers-to-be.

Swedish Massage - a technique designed to promote overall relaxation, increased range of motion and increased circulation to the muscles and connective tissues in the body. Great for those with high blood pressure. A wonderful de-stressor. .

Hot Stone with Massage - heat from the stones comforts and calms the mind as it renders muscles more limber allowing access to the deeper layers.  You may add hot stones to any session to focus on a specific area or have a full session.

 ~add-on $25 ~ $110/hour ~ $130/90 min~

Post Mastectomy & Reconstruction Massage - Relief of pain and swelling caused by edema post-op. Manual lymph drainage promotes flow of lymph, blood, and oxygen, decreasing swelling in the arms. Clients often have an increase in range of motion from the released scar tissue which may restore feeling and sensation in the tissue. You will find that Sandy is discrete, gentle, and patient. These sessions boost your sense of well- being and improves body image.

Reflexology - Relieves tension, improves circulation and helps promote balanced energy throughout your body.

Reiki - Alleviate tension; reduce pain and free emotional blocks with this Japanese stress reduction practice. Gentle pressure is applied with the hands to enhance the universal energy, "Rei-Ki”, which flows through the body leaving you with a sense of peace and well-being.

~Add-Ons

Illness Policy                                                                                                                                                                                                              Due to the close proximity that we work with our clients, we ask that you do not come in while you are feeling under the weather.  You must be fever free for 24 hours. If you are on antibiotics, we ask that you refrain from your visit until you have taken them for 24 hours, this prevents the spread of contagious illnesses.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored.

24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Habitual offenders of no shows will be charged a $25 late cancellation fee. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.”   "No-shows" will be charged a $25 fee due before the next session is booked as we could have filled the spot with a paying customer. In addition to the $25 fee, "no-shows" will be required to pay for the next booking in advance.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you may be responsible for the “full” session cost. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

We look forward to serving you!
